Finally, I would also like to highlight the simulation that we did with Martina. In my case, it was interesting to put myself in the role of co-founder and interact with our colleagues to try to make the negotiations come to fruition. The most significant learning from the case study is that, when presenting a new idea, it is extremely important to know what the stakeholders’ interests, goals, gains, pains, thoughts, and feelings are. In a few words, you need to put yourself in the shoes of each of the stakeholders to be better positioned when negotiating.
